Think this review is fake or breaks the rules?
  1. Only Google can remove a review, and only if it breaks Google's content policy. A review being negative or unfair isn't enough.
  2. Report it from your Google Business Profile. Note the reason and the date you reported it.
  3. If Google declines, you can appeal once, following the same help page.
  4. Reply politely in the meantime. Future customers read how you respond, so don't call it fake in public.
