How Onset keeps you compliant
Requests go to every customer, not just happy ones. Google doesn't allow choosing who gets asked based on how you think they'll rate you, and it doesn't allow rewards of any kind for reviews. Offering rewards for positive reviews is also against FTC rules.
Don't ask staff to hit a review quota or ask customers to mention specific things. Only Google can remove a review, and Onset can't promise that it will.
This service isn't available yet for medical, dental or wellness businesses, because of patient-privacy rules.
